As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JK Financial Advisors Ltd, Mr. Andrew Henshaw brings with him a passion for emerging financial technology and employee development, both of which have solidified his reputation as a leader in the field. Mr. Andrew Henshaw in his 12 years at JK Financial Advisors Ltd, he held additional leadership roles spanning consumer finance, vendor financial services, operations and quality. He began his career in the Banking Industry, where he provided leadership in Sales, Marketing and Operations over the course of 8 years.
As a leader, Mr. Andrew Henshaw is also known for championing his employees, having initiated several development programs at JK Financial Advisors Ltd . He expanded the business focus on ecommerce and mobile capabilities, developing new tools for business clients and consumers alike. Mr. Andrew Henshaw earned an MBA in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics.

Jake Murray brings many years of leadership experience to
his role on the Management Team, including his
extensive background in executive management and
sales. He also has an extensive background in
consumer finance, including the private label credit
card indu He oversees Financial Marketing in
addition to ensuring the company's function delivers
strategic capabilities to all it's businesses. His
responsibilities also include ensuring the company
maintains a well-developed strategic capability as
it relates to customer experience, consistent with
the stated priorities of the firm.stry.He earned a B.A. in Economics from the
University of California, Los Angeles and a M.B.A.
from Stanford University.

Janice Hans leverages her broad and deep
experience to focus on accelerating the company's
business growth in all markets, and particularly in
the U.K. She began her career with CitiBank
Financial Group in the Corporate Banking Division in
1984 and has held a variety of senior management
positions in England, the United States and France.
She is accountable for marketing and for aspects of
technology and operations to deliver leading
customer experience and to respond appropriately to
market conditions, trends and new technologies.
Julie is an active member of the civic and
business communities where she has worked and lived.
She earned a BSc Economics degree from Princeton University in 2001 and an
M.B.A. from the University of Denver in 2003.

Roberto Sanchez brings his considerable experience in
communications and marketing to the management team of
JK Financial Advisors Ltd, together with executive management and
extensive leadership experience. Prior to his
appointment in 2011, Roberto Sanchez served as Chief Finance
Officer of the company. He brings more than 30
years of experience to his role on the Board of
Directors. He has an extensive background in
leadership and public policy experience. Roberto Sanchez spent
12 years in senior fixed income research positions
at Citicorp, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch. He
was also a mortgage portfolio manager and a Senior
Economist at the Bank of Taiwan. Roberto Sanchez received a
B.A. in political science from the University of
Maine and has received honorary doctorate degrees
from many colleges and universities.

Otto Heizmann joined JK Financial Advisors Ltd in March 2013 and currently holds the role of Loans and Credit Director. He manages the loans and credit division and facilitates all loans and investment businesses of JK Financial Advisors Ltd. Otto Heizmann manages JK Financial Advisors Ltd’s corporate loans compliance with statutor and regulatory requirements and the implementation of Management Team directives. He has many years experience of the banking sector and has also worked within business support agencies in various capacities. He has extensive knowledge and experience of customer account management and relationship management, having worked for a variety of banks and financial services companies during his career.
